"Debt Ceiling" is Really "Debt Pit"

It's predictable, and ironic, how the people in power are calling the current situation a "debt ceiling"

• as though we're being prevented from going high,
• as though we're being held down,
• as though the sky awaits but evildoers are shackling us to the ground.
