(Some of) Rome's Founding Played Out in Argentina (Kind Of)

A news item like this makes it seem that the story of Rome's founders being raised by a canine may have some tiny grain of truth to it:

Brief Summary of Rome's Founding

A wolf finds two male babies and raises them. They go on to found the city of Rome, Italy. Although I must admit there are quite a few fanciful embellishments to the story I'm not so inclined to believe.

Brief Summary of the Above News Item

A dog that had recently given birth heard the cries of an abandoned human baby, and brought it in to her own litter.
