Where's the Answer?

Instead of just flat out telling you the answer I'm going to make you do a bit more homework than just searching the Internet and using Google (or others) to find the answer! :-)

Stating — perhaps — the obvious, you can find the answer in either the Declaration of Independence or the U.S. Constitution. I can hear you groaning! Cheer up! I'll make it easier for you. :-)

The answer is in either the opening paragraphs or closing paragraphs of one of those documents. Hey, now don't beat me up, they're definitely worth reading! :-)

OK, I think I answered this

OK, I think I answered this pole. Here is the statement from the Fathers........
We proudly pledge our support to become new Founding
Fathers and join with a new kind of society—where decency
and respect require no special day on the calendar, where boys
are taught that violence does not equal strength, and where
men stand with courage and conviction to speak with one voice
to say, “No more.”* "And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm Reliance on the Protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor."

Good One

But people of all ages search online and while I agree with not being obstinate, sometimes a little more reading is in order than handing the answer over so easily.

Kids, certainly, should get in the habit of doing a bit of research beyond a simple search-engine query.

Do I have your permission to delete the last sentence of your post? Or, since you've taken the time to register, you can edit any of your own posts, so you could do that. :-)
