Woe Are We Due to Lo-Ammi. Do They Love Me? Upholding the United States Constitution?

Hello, Thank You for Taking the Time to Read My Letter

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read my letter. I am distraught and in anguish. Many of my friends are former friends, and their children dislike me, I feel like they have the wrong impression of me.

Some people who are not my children, Lo-Ammi, have invaded my secularly-sacred places and are contorting my will, my wills. In order to form a more perfect union I have set out some simple principles, but they have been encrusted with junky additions, perverse positions and policies.

I will list for you some examples of how I feel slighted by those who promised to love me, who claimed to cherish me and hold me.

United States Constitution

Article 1 Section 9

No bill of attainder or ex post facto law shall be passed.

First Amendment

Freedom of speech shall not be abridged.

Fourth Amendment

People's property and privacy shall be respected, and only invaded based on evidence that wrong doing is taking place, or sworn testimony of someone willing to face a judge and face those they are accusing. Privacy invaded or property taken shall be specifically described, no blanket invasions allowed.

They Spy, I Sigh

Threatening letters were issued that not only trampled free speech guaranteed in the First Amendment, but contained illegal orders, ordering the recipients to break the law as well, flouting the Fourth Amendment. After all those laws were broken, those who swore to love me, created an ex post facto law to make it legal to follow their illegal threats.

They have created laws to shield the monopolists who (gladly, I think) broke our laws with them.

Article 3 Section 3

Treason, against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason, unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on consession in open court.

Sixth Amendment

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

I Too Hate War, But Even More, I Believe in Justice

I hate the thought of war. I like it when my children can play safely. It disturbs me greatly that anyone would want to cause me, my children, my children's friends, or my friends harm. Evil doers should be punished, if humans don't catch them, God does. But I believe in the Golden Rule and the thought of my children being held prisoner without trials, based on hearsay, makes me cry. I want my children to be judged by what they have done, not by what they could do.

Article 4 Section 4

The United States shall guarantee, to every State in this Union, a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and, on application of the Legislature, or of the Executive, (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.

I Have Been Invaded

As any responsible parent knows, planning your family and for your family is best. What sense does it make to have more children than you can feed or clothe? My heart breaks for the runaway children in other families but in order to help them, they should not barge in en masse and unchecked. I need to find out why they are running away from home.

I need to find out who is abusing them and get to the root of the problem. 12+ Million people in a handful of years is terribly stressing, a fast rising action was part of the result.

Wasn't it Abraham Lincoln who recognized the divisions between people favoring slavery and people who abhorred it? He saw the country could not exist as a single country if these two distinct divisions were allowed to go on. Fortunately he decided to side with those abolishing slavery. He used as part of his reasoning for arriving at that conclusion this quote, "a house divided can't stand."

It's noteworthy to point out that Abraham Lincoln was probably stressed out, and in addition to human advisors, he turned to the Bible to read what wisdom it might contain that would shed light. It seems he found a quote from Jesus, "A house divided does not stand. And any kingdom divided against itself, falls." [Paraphrased from Matthew 12:22-28]

One facilitates beneficial societal growth by gentle mergers and gradual culture shifts, if shifts are to take place. Explosive, unbridled, and/or covert growth is often harmful and not beneficial.

I have seen the belligerent, the bullies and I know they often kill and conquer. But like the above quote, I also know a house divided does not stand, and that while evil can even deal a death blow. God brings back to life and gives eternal life to the repentant and kind. Meanness, belligerence, bullies, and curses will be removed and never more exist in God's city. [Revelation 22:3]

Since Barack Obama and Joe Biden were elected there is a shred of hope I will not be murdered by the greedy crooks who have been in power far too long, and I'm not just talking about elected officials.

There is much work to be done. I know who I am talking about, there are many who have been too slow, they need to pick up the pace, there are many who have been overworked and they need to slow down. There are many who have been underpaid, and they need to be paid more; there are many who have been grossly overpaid, and not only do they need to be paid less, they need to return a portion of what they've been paid.

My heartfelt desire is for everyone in my country, and others, to have an enjoyable life, not crush others with their own desires/wills, but let each person let their fancy flow. I may be back with another letter later.

But please don't overpopulate with too many people. If you think I have no concern for the plants, animals, insects like the lady bug and praying mantis, and even the aesthetics of my land, you will find out the hard way, you are wrong.
