Salt is Good. Have Salt in Yourselves.

4th of July 2009

I'm not sure anyone is following my progress on updating the language of the U.S. Founding Documents (and other related documents), but if there are, then perhaps they're wondering, "where is the update for 2009?"

Well I have very good news and slightly disheartening news.

The Slightly Disheartening News

The slightly disheartening news is I just haven't had time to organize what I wrote and even get it on my computer. My updates are still hand-written on paper. So I have to type them in, and write up some web pages documenting what I did. That's too much time considering the many things I have to do.

However, I promise to publish—I'm dying to publish—but more than a few problems are in my face and insisting I answer them.

The Very Good News

The very good news is I feel like I made a lot of progress this 4th of July. I spent a lot of time on the Declaration of Independence. In fact, there are now only 3 paragraphs I have yet to update!

(Of course this is not meant to imply my other updates are perfect and I'm totally happy with them, there are some weaknesses I hope to address later. As always, your comments are welcomed, just find the relevant page and type them up!)
