A set of seven haiku.
Please don't hurt "The Cause".
Follow all logical laws.
Give love to others.
Talk love from your heart.
Sing life right now. Don't talk fear.
Sowing love, not death.
Murder self destructs.
House divided does not stand.
Never more talk fear.
Look for good, not bad.
Life to thinking people now.
Fear God, not humans.
God, highest power.
Always good, never evil.
Repays with karma.
Repays with karma.
Rains on all, righteous and not.
Loves your repentance.
Talk love from your heart.
Ask God to forgive and guide...
Look for good, not bad.
I wrote these Haiku a while ago. I'd heard a description of something that not only sounded like "talk fear", but the information surrounding its description was definitely on the not-good-sounding side of things.
There was a show on PBS that described a document called the Takfir, and Takfiris. I won't go in to the depressing details (of which I know very little), you can read more at Wikipedia.
Even though these Haiku started out with them in mind, I decided to make them general and apply to all.
Here's an explanation as to why there's an apparent contradiction. "How can you say, 'Never more talk fear.' in one place, then 'Fear God" in another place?"
Solomon says there is a time for everything. [Ecclesiastes 3:1] And by definition, saying "Fear God" implies some fear must be talked about, however, it is limited to fearing God, giving God the ultimate respect. Some human documents that talk fear should be taken with a grain of salt. Why should we fear God? Read Luke 12:5.
